Witness

To remember a journey of about six years, sometimes in a personal search for god, sometimes as an anthropological researcher, sometimes as an aimless wanderer, I put some of my travels and trysts in the Braj region together on a web-repository. These footsteps kicked up dust, and left a few imprints. I have become a collector of imprints, traces, broken afterthoughts, leftover bits and bobs. It is an odd, disparate, moving constellation - connected only by conjecture. It contains audio-visual stuff collected over the last five or six years. It also contains videos shot and edited by the visual artist Priya Sen. This is not really a curation of research findings as much as it is a constellation of traces of the world I have collected while attending to divine presence in the Braj region.
